I am a huge fan of Dr. Oz and was really excited to try the Dr. Oz Fan app for Android. The download was simple and installed perfectly. In each section you can easily scroll down the list to find what interests you.
It has a simple, easy-to-use menu which includes news, video interviews, recipes, nutrition advice, supplements, exercise, photos and much more. You can even apply to be on the Dr. Oz Show from the app! I would love to be on the show.
In the recipe section, I found some amazing healthy recipes. Since I am a recent breast cancer survivor, I have been looking for healthy foods that still taste wonderful. It can be confusing knowing which foods will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you are like me and love foods that you aren't exactly healthy, Dr. Oz will help you change your lifestyle. Dr. Oz Recipes has delicious foods and drinks. There is even a pizza recipe which I love. You can eat your way to a healthier you. I don't know about you, but I need all the help I can get.
If you are the parent of a child with ADD/ADHD or autism, under the section Dr. Oz Recipes you can find the free GAPS Diet Fan App. I was very interested in this app for my grandson with autism.
I like that you can purchase supplements seen on the Dr. Oz show, such as Green Coffee Bean Extract. You can feel confident you are getting a good quality product.
The video section covers a variety of interesting topics such as Dr. Oz on Weight Loss and Dr. Oz Antioxidants.
To keep up with Dr. Oz in the news, there is a News tab. I especially like the article "Dr. Oz: Tips to Finding The Right Doctor For You". I love the Dr. Oz show and this is a great addition. Now you can take Dr. Oz along with you. Calm down ladies, I meant the app not Dr. Oz personally.
My review is on the Dr. Oz Fan App for Android. The app is also available for iPad and iPhone. The Dr. Oz Fan App is like having your own personal doctor on speed dial, only with more information.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
